To install the PVLmon evaluation license:

For Unix
1. Login to the server running PVLmon as the user trendadm.
2. vi $PERVIGIL_HOME/PVLmon/lib/PVLmon.driver
   and replace the entire content of the file with the license string listed above.
3. Type 'pvlmon' to test the new license. You will see a message of "Evaluation Expires on:".

For Windows
1. Login to the server running PVLmon as the user Administrator.
2. Bring up a Command Prompt Window and type:
         notepad %PERVIGIL_HOME%\PVLmon\lib\PVLmon.driver
   and replace the entire content of the file with the license string listed above.
3. Type 'pvlmon' to test the new license. You will see a message of "Evaluation Expires on:".
