Giving Back
PerVigil employees have supported community-based initiatives for many years. The organizations that we support have been selected because their efforts impact nearly everyone in some way. There are many others that also deserve our support.
We hope that you will consider supporting these organizations as well.
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest and largest youth mentoring organization in the United States, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors children, ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country - including yours.
Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD):
Positive peer pressure, role modeling and environmental strategies can prevent destructive decisions and set a healthier, safer course for students’ lives. SADD is a peer-to-peer education, prevention, and activism organization dedicated to preventing destructive decisions, particularly underage drinking, other drug use, risky and impaired driving, teen violence, and teen suicide.
Autism Speaks
Autism Speaks is the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.
American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society is at work in communities all across the country providing programs aimed at reducing the risk of cancer, detecting cancer as early as possible, ensuring proper treatment, and empowering people facing cancer to cope and maintain the highest possible quality of life.
National Guard Youth Foundation
America's at-risk youth are getting a second chance, and the National Guard Youth Foundation (NGYF) is helping to make it possible. Our support of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program is giving high school dropouts a chance to turn their lives around. The NGYF is working to expand the program to make sure teens get the education, opportunity and structured training and mentoring they need to succeed. We are helping make a better America - one youth at a time.
